When it comes to finding honest and quality services these days, it is very hard to find a company that you can trust. The prior roofer that installed my roof did a bad job as far as workmanship and of course, the roof is now out of warranty. I was originally told by another company—based only on pictures I sent—that I needed new gutters. No one ever came out to inspect my roof in person. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted Jaco Contracting, though I assumed they might rely on photos as well.
I’m so glad I reached out. Jacob Hooper came out the very same day and personally inspected my roof. While he was there, he even cleared debris. After a thorough evaluation, he honestly told me I did not need new gutters, which saved me a significant amount of money.
He could have easily sold me something unnecessary, but instead, he provided a simple and affordable solution to my roofing issue. A team followed up the next week to take care of everything.

Jaco contracting was recommended by a very close friend who had her roof replaced. I made a call to the company and Mr. Jacob Hooper, sales project manager, and an associate arrived at my home the very next day for my free roof inspection. I then found out the inspection starts on the inside of the house with a thorough inspection of the attic and then outside to the roof. Upon completion of the inspection, we discussed their findings. I filed a claim with my insurance company who set up an appointment for an inspection of the roof with their adjuster. The adjuster made a request for a roofer to assist, and Jayco was contacted. The very next day, the inspection was conducted by all, and Jaco took care of everything with the insurance company from that point. My roof replacement was scheduled as soon as weather and scheduling permitted (the next week). On the day of installation, The Team arrived just before the break of dawn, (yes, it was dark, and I was informed they would be very early). The foreman of the job rang the doorbell, introduced himself and discussed any issues and answered all questions. All staff were respectful of my needs, personal property and neighbors property as well. They started working just before 7 AM, laying tarp around the entire perimeter of my home, including greenery and relocating patio furniture away from the house. They worked nonstop removing shingles, replacing rotten wood, laying new insulation and new shingles until the job was completed in just one day! But it didn’t stop there! All debris was removed and they cleaned thoroughly until it looked like they were never there. Shortly after departure, Mr. Hooper arrived to conduct an inspection of the project. I was amazed when he exited the vehicle, he had a tool in his hand to locate and pick up any metal in the area that may have been omitted in the cleanup (nails, staples, etc.) as he walked the area. Wow! I am exceptionally pleased with Jaco Contracting from the beginning of the process to the end of the job and I highly recommend them to others. Stress free! Job well done! Thank you, Jaco!

JACO employee Ryan Gandee provided me a roof inspection over 9 months ago after severe weather came through my area in Barnesville Georgia. Mr. Gandee spotted hail and wind damage to my roof, so I submitted a claim to Allstate, my insurance company. Allstate sent out their adjuster to assess the damage and a few weeks later denied my claim. Mr. Gandee, over the next 9 months, went back and forth with Allstate through phone calls and emails about my roof damage providing additional supporting weather reports demonstrating the severe hail and winds in my area for the time in question. 2 more times during this 9-month period Allstate sent 2 additional adjusters to my house for inspection of my roof and the claim was denied twice more. Finally, through many months fighting my insurance company by Mr. Gandee and JACO, Allstate sent out a seasoned adjuster who agreed with the paperwork, photos and other supporting documents as well as his visual inspection to say my roof did need a roof replacement. If it had not been for Ryan my roof would still be damaged and Allstate would not have fulfilled their responsibility that I pay for! Thank you Ryan Gandee and JACO for your persistence and for standing up for what is right!

I found the leak on a Saturday evening, and called Jaco Roofing that following Monday. To my surprise, Hunter, a sales rep with Jaco, was able to come out that same Monday for a quote and by next week Tuesday-I had a new roof! As a first time homebuyer, I have never gone through this process. Hunter was knowledgeable and walked me through the necessary steps to ensure I had all bases covered. Their team was not only skilled and efficient but also very tidy. I was concerned with how many nails I might find in the yard, however, the team used tarps to help keep everything confined to one space and also rolled a magnet around my yard to pick up any nails. Kyle came out the same day I contacted him to check on a leak on our almost 20-yr old roof. My awesome contractor was Miguel Martinez. I was looking for a good roofing company to do my house after the wind and water damage we got from Helene. Jaco Contracting is a great company to have your house re-roofed. Our Project manager was Heath Johnson. They are very professional and stand behind their work. I had my home shingled in November and in January we had an abnormal snow-icing event that resulted in a huge leak in my garage due to what they call ice-daming which almost never occurs in Griffin Georgia south of Atlanta. The leak caused part of the ceiling to fall in the garage. They not only came out and fixed the roof but fixed the water damage in the ceiling in my garage (new dry wall where needed and re-painting the entire ceiling). It is great to find a company that will stand behind their work and take care of you if something goes wrong.
