Had a great experience with JACO and Kyle Boehm. They came recommended by a realtor friend who does a lot of work on homes. Kyle came out the same day I contacted him to check on a leak on our almost 20-yr old roof. He did an inspection for free and was honest that he couldn’t exactly guarantee what the problem was because the location was pretty inaccessible the way our attic was framed. He gave me some options and I decided to go with a new roof. He came out multiple evenings to discuss options with me (and my neighbors, who decided to replace their older roofs as well with Kyle), and within a week we were good to go. JACO Contracting did an Outstanding Job installing my new roof! After contacting Gene Hernandez, Project Manager at JACO, he immediately came out to my home, inspected my roof, explained and assisted me with the entire process of filing an insurance claim (step by step). Additionally, he worked with the insurance company and got my new roof approved. When I say Gene was there with me from beginning to end, he was very experienced, professional, and his expertise and guidance made everything go so smooth, quick and stress free! Gene Hernandez is the best! The crew was punctual, did an outstanding job installing my new roof and cleaning up afterwards.  My new roof looks great! About two weeks ago, I contacted three companies for quotes on new gutters for my home, and fortunately, Jaco was one of them. Harrison came out to provide an estimate and was knowledgeable, personable, and dedicated to ensuring the job was done right. He offered an excellent quote that beat all the others while accommodating my preferred gutter style. Despite initially estimating a week-long wait for installation, Harrison managed to schedule the work for the very next day, much to my delight. He even came out to check that the job was being performed correctly and to my satisfaction. The workers were friendly, professional, and thorough in their cleanup.
