As a first time homebuyer, I have never gone through this process. Hunter was knowledgeable and walked me through the necessary steps to ensure I had all bases covered. Their team was not only skilled and efficient but also very tidy. I was concerned with how many nails I might find in the yard, however, the team used tarps to help keep everything confined to one space and also rolled a magnet around my yard to pick up any nails. I have a dog and continue to check for nails just in case, but I haven’t found one yet! The new roof looks fantastic, and I appreciate their attention to detail.
