Jaco contracting was recommended by a very close friend who had her roof replaced. I made a call to the company and Mr. Jacob Hooper, sales project manager, and an associate arrived at my home the very next day for my free roof inspection. … More I then found out the inspection starts on the inside of the house with a thorough inspection of the attic and then outside to the roof. Upon completion of the inspection, we discussed their findings. I filed a claim with my insurance company who set up an appointment for an inspection of the roof with their adjuster. The adjuster made a request for a roofer to assist, and Jayco was contacted. The very next day, the inspection was conducted by all, and Jaco took care of everything with the insurance company from that point. My roof replacement was scheduled as soon as weather and scheduling permitted (the next week). On the day of installation, The Team arrived just before the break of dawn, (yes, it was dark, and I was informed they would be very early). The foreman of the job rang the doorbell, introduced himself and discussed any issues and answered all questions. All staff were respectful of my needs, personal property and neighbors property as well. They started working just before 7 AM, laying tarp around the entire perimeter of my home, including greenery and relocating patio furniture away from the house. They worked nonstop removing shingles, replacing rotten wood, laying new insulation and new shingles until the job was completed in just one day! But it didn’t stop there! All debris was removed and they cleaned thoroughly until it looked like they were never there. Shortly after departure, Mr. Hooper arrived to conduct an inspection of the project. I was amazed when he exited the vehicle, he had a tool in his hand to locate and pick up any metal in the area that may have been omitted in the cleanup (nails, staples, etc.) as he walked the area. Wow! I am exceptionally pleased with Jaco Contracting from the beginning of the process to the end of the job and I highly recommend them to others. Stress free! Job well done! Thank you, Jaco!
